30 ottobre 2026
On October 30th, The Sound of the Strings comes to Teatro del Sale for the first time, featuring the duo formed by Alessandro Golini on violin and Paolo Batistini on guitar.
Two musicians with extensive experience behind them: Golini, an eclectic violinist who moves effortlessly between classical music, jazz, gypsy, pop and rock, has collaborated with artists such as Massimo Ranieri, Rocco Papaleo, Stefano Fresi and Sergio Cammariere. Batistini, a guitarist, arranger and composer, has a long career spanning music, theatre and television, including collaborations with actor, comedian and singer Sergio Sgrilli.
Together, they created The Sound of the Strings, a project that has also led to the release of a studio album and brings violin and guitar together through a genre-defying repertoire: rock, tango, folk, swing, film soundtracks, pop and electronic music.
The result is an energetic and surprising performance, where the virtuosity of acoustic instruments meets sound effects and contemporary arrangements, giving a fresh new take on songs we all know and love.
