From 10:00 to 17:00 you can participate in «L’ORTO VOLANTE» workshops and stands of important producers who have made sustainability, biodiversity and organic a real success. DAGRI – Department of Agriculture, University of Florence 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Mediterranean Foods: A World to Discover Explore the extraordinary nutritional and nutraceutical properties of Mediterranean foods and learn how to use them in the kitchen to create healthy and delicious dishes. A unique opportunity to learn how to cook in a conscious and nourishing way! We will showcase fruits from the Mediterranean scrub and discuss their culinary applications. Specifically, we will display strawberry tree, mastic, and myrtle plants, along with food products made from their fruits.
