On May 16th, Teatro del Sale welcomes ROOMS, the brand-new show by Tennessee Rose Blues Band: a theatrical and musical journey into the soul of the blues, where music becomes storytelling, body, and memory.

The performance tells the story of a woman through four symbolic rooms, four moments of transformation that move through pain, resilience, and rebirth. From the deep roots of early blues to the power of the great female voices of the twentieth century, the narrative intertwines with a live blues and soul repertoire, in a continuous dialogue between words, performance, and theatrical expression. A powerful emotional journey that rises from the earth to the affirmation of a free and self-aware female voice.

On stage, a band that needs no introduction: founded in 2021, the Tennessee Rose Blues Band has quickly earned a prominent place on the Tuscan and national blues scene, with more than 80 live performances, top prizes, prestigious festivals—from Lucca Blues to Pistoia Blues—and collaborations with outstanding musicians from the international music world.
